Napa Valley Crossroads

Napa Valley Crossroads is a two building, state of the art industrial warehouse project catering to the Napa Valley wine industry.  Located at the intersection of Californa State Highways 12 and 29, the project provide both high identity and ready access to the Napa Valley and Interstate 80.  Former site of the Hakusan Sake facility, existing buildings were demiolished and two high image industrial buildings were designed and constructed on the remaining land.  These new buildings were developed with construction specifications and architectural features designed to attract wine industry tenants.  The project is leased to Trinchero Estate (Sutter Home), Collotype wine labels and Vinlux.
