VITAE was engaged to provide a master plan of improvements to this historic landmark on Capitol Mall. The Grand Hall, Grill Restaurant and Building ADA Improvements comprise Phase 1 of that master plan. Much like the passing of generations in life, this project is all about stewardship...respecting the past and forging a blend into a brighter future. It took a small army of designers, engineers, craftsmen and artists to achieve the perfect balance between old and new. Everything in this project was custom made. The result is the perfect balance of old world charm and timeless sophistication.
