Inspired by the late founder's WWII bombardier jacket, the design for Buzz Oates Group of Companies meshes industrial hardness with soft, supple textures resulting in a chic urban sophistication appropriate for the real estate development organization's new direction. Spaces are clean and collaborative, yet rich and full of character. VITAE was specifically challenged by the company to design an office which honors the legacy upon which the organization was built.
