VITAE was engaged to rehabilitate this mid-century icon on desirable Capitol Mall.  The project concept was to activate the streetscape by re-purposing large outdoor plaza areas, changing ground floor office areas to retail, adding signage opportunities and re-skinning the mid-sections of the building.  Purchased at 60% occupancy and now completely full, extensive interior improvements have been completed for tenants of varying size.  Exterior improvements are currently underway.
