Originally featured in House Beautiful in May of 1931, the restoration of this historic Spanish Revival estate stayed true to its original design roots while updating the spaces for modern living. Everything about this remodel was custom. Handmade tile, handhewn wood floors, custom steel windows and doors, custom forged iron lighting, artist stenciling, custom furniture and the list goes on. Not a single portion of the structure was untouched. 5 buildings on a steep hillside overlooking the coastal hills and ocean...a true treasure of architecture and design.
